If you haven't bought a mattress lately... it was quite eye opening. The process was like buying a car (UGH!) - until... we went to the Discount Mattress Lady!! Karen was so accommodating to us! She listened to our needs and responded with her extensive knowledge in mattresses. No high pressure sales people. Just kind, professional and accommodating. We needed to wait a few weeks to get our mattress delivered (our doing, not hers). That also was not a problem. The delivery and set up went flawlessly. I actually wish she sold more items - I'd buy anything from her!! Thx Karen!!

I had a wonderful experience this morning with the owner, Karen. I needed a queen mattress that was a medium/soft, and one that was rolled up so I could fit it up our narrow stairwell. Karen immediately gave me a few options (also taking into account that I have hip problems) and let me take my time trying out the mattresses. They have such a large selection in the store, but Karen narrowed down my options based off of what I needed so I never felt overwhelmed. In less than 30 minutes, her team of two helpful young men loaded the mattress into my car. Also, the mattress I got (Mlily Hybrid) was $1,400 less than what I found online. Such an incredible deal for a quality mattress! Thank you Karen and your team for making my mattress search so easy and enjoyable! :)

Over the years, I've purchased a few mattresses from Discount Mattress Lady. The price point is great and the service is always excellent. In the past, I've used the delivery service but last month i was in a hurry to get a mattress during a move. The owner, Karen helped me pick out something that was great for my new home and even helped me load it into my truck herself. I was in and out in a breeze. This definitely the place to go if you're in OC or the surrounding areas.

I got a great deal and she genuinely cares about getting me into the right bed after I had been sleeping on a bed my parents took to college in 1963 - yes no joke ! This is the second Mlily mattress we have bought from this company. We loved our first one so much and we got a great deal on it. But it had been over seven years and time for a new one, we decided to try the adjustable Cal king. Karen and Suzanne were so helpful and helping us decide what to get. We had so many questions! The delivery went smooth, and we love our new bed and we got a great deal. You will love these ladies!

She was very helpful and we got an excellent mattress for my friend. My mother needed a mattress for a Thanksgiving guest in three days. i called and the helpful Suzanne anwered. She gave me average prices and said that they could deliver a mattress by Monday, in two days. She then mentioned that she was actually in a restaurant and that the store was closed, but she would open it up on her way home for me. Her knowledge of mattresses, courtesy, and helpfulness could not have been better. The delivery went perfectly! I honestly cannot get over how sweet and kind this emplyee was she in interrupting her Saturday night to help us out. The prices wer 1/100 th of the department store and the matresses were of good quality and selection in stock. I was more than impressed with everything at this store. Great employees! Great mattresses!
